| tag! i saw a forum(a pts forum) and it's so active because they do a contest there..'whoever reaches 40 posts is allowed to join,' that's what they say. then maybe they do a raffle or something then the winner gets the weekly prize.. well, that's just what i saw..it's still up to you admin of what/how you will do it.  |
